Description
Silt fences control runoff from jobsites by allowing water to pass through the fabric while collecting leftover sediment. Silt fences are made of a woven polypropylene and is nonbiodegradable. These products are made of material resistant to UV degradation and chemicals commonly found in soil. Silt fence is available in commercial and DOT-approved configurations as well as different colors and backings.
