Round Nail Stakes

Nail stakes are used to secure wood forms or metal forms to the ground in all flatwork applications, for attaching screed bar holder clamps in flatwork finishing, securing landscape timbers, surveying stakes, string line guides, securing metal forms with pockets, securing wood forming for flatwork.,

Nail stakes are available in 3/4″ and 7/8″ for both standard duty and heavy-duty construction requirements and are made from cold rolled steel.

Applications

Round nail stakes are primarily used to secure wood or metal forms for concrete placement jobs including patios, sidewalks, driveways, foundations, pool curbs, intersections, bridge approaches, highway entrance and exit ramps, airport runways, roadways and taper pours for ramps.

Nail stakes are very versatile products and many uses outside concrete forming and concrete placement especially in the area of landscaping and lawn and garden uses.

Non-forming applications include:

Flat stakes

Dee flat stakes, #114, are made from U.S. made steel. They are designed with a heavy duty “I” beam construction to provide superior strength. Our flat stakes are 1-1/2″ wide and 3/8″ thick with a 3/16″ web. dee’s flat stakes are available in lengths from 12″ to 48″ in 6″ increments,

Our flat stakes are manufactured with 12 diagonally staggered nailing holes to provide the concrete former with easy access to a nail hole allowing quick securing of the flat stake to a wooden form. Our flat stakes are designed to be especially effective in sandy soil and areas with soft subgrades.

Our flat stakes are manufactured with a large hole near the top to make it easy for contractors to bind them together for movement and storage.
